AVOIDING JETLAG WILL MAKE YOUR VIETNAM TOUR MUCH MORE ENJOYABLE



The best cure for jet lag when traveling to Vietnam is to avoid it. The experienced traveler will arrange to arrive in the morning. Get checked into your hotel and have a light lunch. Do a bit of shopping or sight seeing. Then have dinner. Force your body to adjust to the new time zone. Sleep as much as possible on the flight. A popular solution to jet lag is Melatonin, an over the counter drug available at nearly all drug stores. Follow the directions. The last suggestion is to talk to your doctor and get a sleep aid. Fortunately for some of us sleeping on an airplane is not a problem.
